Picnic-Themed Summer Soiree: A Taste of Nature and Simplicity
There’s something undeniably charming about the idea of a picnic—spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature, and sharing delicious food with friends and family. When we were tasked with catering a Picnic-Themed Party, we couldn’t wait to create an event that embodied relaxation, simplicity, and fresh flavors.
The goal was to create a relaxed, outdoor vibe where guests could enjoy a leisurely meal while mingling and soaking up the atmosphere. We paired these delicious bites with refreshing beverages and local items like honey and artisanal breads.
Setting the Scene: To complete the picnic experience, we set up a beautiful outdoor venue with picnic tables, blankets, and throw pillows scattered throughout the space. We used gingham checkered cloths and wildflower centerpieces to enhance the theme, creating a charming, cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon, enjoying great food and good company under the sun.
70s Disco-Themed Party: A Flashback to Funk and Glam
Next up was an event that embraced the vibrant, funky energy of the 1970s—a 70s Disco-Themed Tablescape.
Setting the Scene: The decor for this event was an explosion of color—think bright neon lights, disco balls hanging overhead, and funky psychedelic patterns and centerpieces. We transformed the space into a retro disco haven, with mirrored food displays and groovy accents to set the scene. The highlight of the event was the disco-inspired dessert table, with rainbow-colored treats and a glittery, glammed-up presentation.
Safari-Themed Event: A Wild Feast in the Heart of the Jungle
Last but certainly not least, we had the exciting opportunity to cater a Safari-Themed Party that transported guests. This event was all about adventure, exotic flavors, and a sense of wonder. It was the perfect opportunity to get creative with decor and the setting.
Setting the Scene: For the safari theme, we transformed the venue into a lush jungle oasis, warm earthy tones and printed napkins. We used wooden platters and woven chargers to display the plateware, evoking the sense of dining under the stars in the African wilderness. The event was further enhanced with animal print napkins and more to created the feeling of being on a safari.
