And this spring, we had the pleasure of partnering with our friends at Event Rents to host a vibrant, creative showcase that brought together the best of spring and summer event inspiration. Set within their beautifully curated showroom, this collaborative event was designed to spark imagination and offer a fresh perspective on seasonal entertaining.
From the moment guests stepped into the space, they were surrounded by the soft hues, fresh textures, and warm energy of the seasons ahead. Event Rents’ latest rental collection set the stage: think blush and sage linens, earthy ceramic dinnerware, elegant gold flatware, and floral installations that felt like a walk through a blooming garden. It was the perfect canvas for us to bring our food to life in an unexpected and show-stopping way.
A Stylized Charcuterie Experience
At the heart of the event was our stylized charcuterie table—a centerpiece of flavor, design, and seasonal flair. This wasn’t your average grazing board. It was a thoughtfully designed, multi-dimensional tablescape that invited guests to explore with their eyes as much as their palate.
We started with a foundation of handcrafted wooden boards, slate slabs, and vintage-style ceramic platters layered across a linen-draped farm table. From there, we built a bounty of seasonal offerings. Delicate slices of prosciutto and soppressata, cheeses and fruits were artfully folded and arranged beside roasted nuts, marinated olives, and house-made jams.
To elevate the display—literally—we used cake stands and tiered trays to add height and dimension, creating a fluid, organic layout that mimicked the flow of a garden in bloom. Flowers and greenery brought a botanical touch, while small handwritten signs added a personalized feel.
Sweet Finishes and Seasonal Indulgences
Of course, no showcase is complete without something sweet. Alongside the charcuterie, we presented a seasonal dessert spread that echoed the same vibrant, garden-fresh theme. Every element was chosen to celebrate the abundance of the season—light, fresh, and bursting with color.
